Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with public-sector customers as their technical thought partner to ideate and build novel GenAI applications using the OpenAI API.
  • •Identify and prioritize high-value GenAI applications, and build/qualify backlogs to support customer AI roadmaps.
  • •Accelerate customer time to value by creating hands-on prototypes and delivering strategic guidance with integrators and partners.
  • •Forge and manage relationships with customers and implementation partner leadership to deploy and scale applications successfully.
  • •Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources, and scale deployment engineering by codifying best practices and publishing notebooks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience with public sector customers, ideally U.S. federal.
  • •Led GenAI or traditional ML implementations for government agencies with systems integrators and implementation partners.
  • •Strong understanding of network and cloud architecture, including on-premise deployments.
  • •Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
  • •Effective communication skills translating technical and business topics to all audiences.
