Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, perform general labor and operations responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load-out functions.
•Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and properly record maintenance activities.
•Maintain a safe work environment, perform housekeeping and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report safety concerns and customer issues to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.

•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
