Design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers as a forward-deployed engineer. Partner closely with enterprise stakeholders and collaborate with sales throughout demonstrations, onboarding, testing, and rollout. Configure and operationalize AI in customer environments, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable outcomes and long-term customer success.

•Lead technical discovery, solution workshops, executive presentations, and translate requirements into scalable solution architectures.
•Build customer-specific AI use cases/workflows, and deliver proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production-ready rollouts.
•Configure, optimize, and operationalize AI solutions within customer environments, including data integrations and workflow optimization.
•Drive enterprise AI implementations through deployment and adoption, troubleshoot issues, and improve customer success using reusable frameworks and playbooks.
