Principal Backend Software Engineer

Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable backend systems for the Transaction Tribe, driving improvements that help grow customer acquisition and engagement. Build reusable services, APIs, and shared modules used across multiple products. Optimize performance and reliability across databases, caching, message queues, and event-driven components, while embedding security and compliance best practices. Collaborate with product, UX, and frontend teams and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
