Building Engineering Senior Manager

Lead and manage AECOM’s Buildings & Places engineering operations in Tampa, building a high-performing local team and setting strategy for major pursuits. You’ll manage forecasting, resourcing, and performance for the mechanical department and other discipline managers, guide engineers’ work and development, and represent AECOM to clients. Serve as technical leader and design manager on complex projects, leading interdisciplinary quality reviews and ensuring engineering standards are met.
