Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce FAA-compliant certification deliverables for supplemental type certification applications (project certification plans, test plans, analysis & substantiation reports, conformity inspection plans, and operational documents).
  • •Drive certification process improvements to reduce overhead and improve future certification schedules.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent certification efforts and provide regular schedule and deliverable updates to senior management.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on the FAA certification process and help devise or improve SpaceX internal tools and processes.
  • •Partner with hardware owners to ensure regulatory compliance early in the design cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
