Analyst

Prepare client-ready presentations and capital markets materials, and support equity and debt pitches and executions with global Capital Markets and Advisory teams. Conduct valuation analyses using trading/transaction comparables, discounted cash flow, and leveraged buyouts, and build financial models to evaluate scenarios, capital structures, and potential transactions. Use strong quantitative skills to identify new business opportunities and take ownership of work through high execution standards.
