Fixed Term Associate - HR Help Center Coordinator

Support HR Help Center operations by processing associate inquiries and concerns through HRIS, HR case ticketing tools, and a telephone platform. Resolve Tier 1 cases within agreed timelines, route and coordinate Tier 2 cases to the appropriate HR functions, and assist with logistics and administrative support for department programs. Participate in people development discussions and may be rotated across related HR sub-functions.
