Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor store sales, KPI targets, and individual performance targets; take ownership and work to meet or exceed them.
  • •Execute adidas Brand Customer Service standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • •Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
  • •Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to ensure the full product range is on the sales floor.
  • •Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
