Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of projects across multi-secondary and postsecondary education partners.
  • •Develop and maintain a network of high-impact contacts across strategic education and workforce partners.
  • •Maintain and analyze data trends to support audits, evaluations, sponsor requirements, and institutional compliance.
  • •Assist with needs assessment and align early training programs and COVs/IBCs to semiconductor industry requirements.
  • •Represent the company in governance activities including working groups, steering committees, advisory meetings, and recurring project coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years of experience in program management and education/workforce development across secondary and postsecondary partners.
  • •Proficiency with NCES (IPEDS/NSC/College Navigator), TEA, THECB, and Texas talent-related pilots/initiatives.
  • •Analyze legal and contractual agreements and ensure compliance for educational institutions, including familiarity with FERPA and PPRA.
  • •Experience coordinating multi-institution programs and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • •Ability to support needs assessment and alignment of early training programs and COVs/IBCs to industry requirements.
