Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems to ensure delivery of client services and works.
  • •Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures and methodologies.
  • •Identify project risks and actively assign and manage mitigations as appropriate.
  • •Lead technical and progress meetings weekly, and attend site(s) as required to review HSSE, logistics, and programme progress.
  • •Manage contracts and client stage gateway reviews, including design stage deliverables and reporting on progress against baseline, milestones, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • •Real estate project experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • •Recognised project management qualification (desirable).
  • •Membership or chartership of a recognised professional industry body such as SCSI/CEI/APM/RIAI (desirable).
