Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner directly with clinics and internal stakeholders to understand needs and define reporting requirements for areas such as financial performance (billing, collections, revenue) and operational efficiency (authorization, task workflows).
  • •Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for both clinics and internal teams.
  • •Uphold trust in data by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting pipelines.
  • •Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, and present findings in compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Help shape the future of reporting at Camber by identifying opportunities for new metrics, improved workflows, and scalable analytics practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
