Demi Chef De Partie (Male, MV)

Ensure One&Only kitchen quality and standards are consistently met, following the hotel handbook and HACCP food-safety requirements. Prepare mise-en-place, maintain hygiene and grooming, and support the Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie in leading the assigned kitchen area. Train and motivate subordinates, handle guest requests, coordinate special functions and events, and maintain clean, safe kitchen operations including fridges, equipment, and asset inventories.
