Senior Generation System Operator

Operate and supervise generation equipment to maintain reliable power output, monitoring plant control systems, and coordinating with the control room during normal and abnormal conditions. Responsible for safe start-up/shut-down procedures, adherence to standard operating protocols, and timely communication with maintenance teams to minimize outages and protect equipment. Works as part of a unit responsible for critical energy generation.
