Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding guest service by applying S.E.T. principles and providing prompt, warm greetings.
•Ensure order accuracy and execute service recovery for guest concerns or complaints.
•Prepare products according to training, follow Always Fresh procedures, and record required temperature checks in the log.
•Maintain the front counter and checkout areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for rush periods.
•Perform cashiering tasks including receiving payments, issuing receipts/refunds/change, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Provide friendly, attentive guest service with strong product knowledge and accurate order handling.
•Greet guests promptly (front counter and drive-thru) and maintain speed of service targets.
•Follow operations standards for product preparation according to training and instructional materials.
•Use proper cashiering procedures to receive payments and issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
•Comply with health and safety legislation, sanitation guidelines, and required PPE use.
