Job Summary

Lead the design, deployment, and management of industrial automation systems, RFID solutions, and plant network infrastructure. Bridge IT and OT to enable smart manufacturing, real-time visibility, and secure, reliable operations. Own OT/plant network architecture, troubleshooting, and OT cybersecurity controls aligned to ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST. Manage RFID/RTLS integrations with ERP/MES platforms and lead vendor and cross-functional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee design, implementation, and support of factory automation systems and industrial control platforms; ensure high availability and performance for production systems.
•Lead deployment and lifecycle management of RFID systems for inventory tracking, WIP visibility, and asset management, including integration of RFID data into ERP/MES.
•Design and manage OT/plant networks (wired/wireless), including VLANs, segmentation, routing, redundancy, monitoring, and troubleshooting; support edge computing and IIoT.
•Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST; partner with IT security teams and support risk assessment and incident response planning.
•Manage vendors and cross-functional projects for automation/RFID/network installations, upgrades, and expansions; define scope, budgets, and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•8–12+ years of experience in manufacturing IT/OT, automation, or industrial networking.
•Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA/HMI systems and deploying RFID or RTLS solutions in manufacturing/logistics.
•Strong knowledge of industrial network protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet).
•Experience with enterprise networking (e.g., Cisco, Aruba) and ERP/MES integration (SAP preferred).
