Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate troubleshooting for hardware-related issues affecting ECU flashing, manufacturing test execution, software deployment, and production continuity.
  • •Manage and track SW releases, timing and content rollout based on program plans across cross-functional teams, including pre-release SW testing in Mfg Test lab, CM, and internal sites.
  • •Implement and maintain the release management system, solutions, and processes with TPMs, SW engineers, and test engineers.
  • •Act as the technical point of contact between Low Voltage ECU and Manufacturing teams to align on sustaining issues, escalation paths, technical containment, and production support needs.
  • •Review, track, and sign off SW QUALs/PCRs/ECR/ECOs for internal and external ECUs; track open SW issues to resolution and communicate status to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, CE, or related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in electronics for end customers.
  • •At least 5 years in technical roles, including SW release process and SW testing.
  • •Experience with Jira, configuration management, Engineering Change Requests, and build/release processes across waterfall and Scrum.
  • •Experience in high-volume consumer or enterprise environments, with Automotive ECU experience a plus.
