•Lead capital projects of varying size and complexity from concept development through commissioning.

•Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource requirements.
•Serve as primary project leader, aligning cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive decisions.
•Manage EPC activities, including contractor oversight, bid package development, scope change management, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
•Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of project controls, including cost forecasting and schedule management.
•Experience with risk management processes (e.g., risk registers, HAZOP/PHA integration) and working knowledge of PSM, MOC, and regulatory requirements.
