Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital projects of varying size and complexity from concept development through commissioning.
  • •Deliver projects meeting safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • •Serve as primary project leader, aligning cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive decisions.
  • •Manage EPC activities, including contractor oversight, bid package development, scope change management, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • •Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of project controls, including cost forecasting and schedule management.
  • •Experience with risk management processes (e.g., risk registers, HAZOP/PHA integration) and working knowledge of PSM, MOC, and regulatory requirements.
