Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including project planning, governance and delivery
•Form and lead multinational cross-disciplinary project teams, ensuring achievement of budget, timelines and quality targets
•Drive agile delivery in line with Avanade methodology and best practices
•Oversee the professional development of around 25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community across ASG, including coaching and knowledge transfer
•Support the sales team in preparing proposals for potential and existing customers and contribute to strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting experience with strong customer management skills
•Solid understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field
•Experience leading teams (onshore and offshore) and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
•Fluent German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus
