•Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on revenue growth, retention, and product adoption
•Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability to KPIs
•Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and career development support
•Foster a culture of high performance, learning, and continuous improvement
•Interview, hire, onboard, and ramp new team members; design and refine processes that improve efficiency and team effectiveness
•Analyze performance metrics and pipeline health to inform business decisions; identify trends and recommend strategic improvements to Sales and Operations leadership
•Pilot new outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows to unlock growth; champion operational improvements that enhance the merchant experience
•Partner with Strategy & Ops, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure merchants have the tools and processes they need to succeed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,200 - 215,000 annually
