Own end-to-end resolution of Bupa Egypt enrolment enquiries for new individuals and groups, handling cases through to completion without referral. Maintain and update customer records, gather missing form information via phone and email, and accurately input member/group details into operating systems. Act as an enrolment subject matter expert, applying business and underwriting rules while ensuring compliance with governance requirements including FRA and delivering targets for quality, productivity, and service levels.
