Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of data center construction projects on behalf of the Owner
  • •Work with the general contractor to establish the master project schedule based on the critical path (P6 cost/resource loaded)
  • •Create and maintain the master project budget, including soft and hard costs, contingencies, allowances, and related items
  • •Support contractor bid solicitation/analysis, pre-qualification, and contract negotiation with the client and legal counsel
  • •Oversee cost and change control (including delay analysis), invoice/payment application tracking, document control, QA/QC, and completion processes including punch lists and inspections

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering
  • •5 or more years of related experience
  • •Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects
  • •Ability to lead vendor compliance to construction agreements
