Job Summary

Serve as the lead administrator and technical authority for the IBM DOORS requirements-management ecosystem, operating DOORS Classic and DOORS NextGen for Raytheon’s Digital Ecosystem & Platforms team. You’ll structure and optimize the specification repository, lead the migration to NextGen, and troubleshoot issues across DXL scripts, Java extensions, and backend/data integrity. Partner with government and engineering teams, and collaborate with internal developers to design, test, and deploy automation using DXL, JavaScript, Python, and OSLC/REST services.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and manage IBM DOORS Classic and DOORS NextGen environments, including access control, user permissions, and schema configurations.
•Maintain the specification repository, including structuring/optimizing architecture, managing baselines, and generating and delivering partitions.
•Lead planning and execution for the migration from DOORS Classic to DOORS NextGen.
•Troubleshoot DOORS-related errors, resolve legacy DXL script issues, debug Java extensions, and address backend/data integrity challenges.
•Collaborate with internal development teams to design, test, and deploy automation tools and custom enhancements using DXL, JavaScript, Python, and OSLC/REST services.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with DOORS Administration (NextGen).

•Familiarity with Linux and Windows enterprise environments.
