Job Summary

Supervise pipeline personnel responsible for operating and maintaining the Wink Station and associated crude oil pipelines, pump stations, and truck deliveries. Ensure facilities meet DOT Part 195 requirements, keep equipment inspections current, lead emergency response drill planning and execution, and participate in regulatory audits. Own budget requests for maintenance and improvements, respond to asset failures, and ensure proper one-call reporting using the Kinder Morgan One Call system while driving EHS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise pipeline personnel operating and maintaining the Wink Station and associated crude oil pipelines, pump stations, and truck deliveries.
•Maintain facilities and operations in accordance with DOT Part 195, including keeping equipment inspections up to date and properly documented.
•Lead the planning and execution of emergency response drills.
•Participate in regulatory agency audits and ensure one-call reports are properly handled using the Kinder Morgan One Call system.
•Develop budget requests for maintenance and improvement projects, and respond to asset failures by facilitating repairs, investigating causes, and identifying needed improvements.

Key Requirements

•Two-year technical or management degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience) is required.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience operating and/or maintaining PHMSA-regulated pipelines.
•5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
•Knowledgeable in DOT Part 195 and experienced maintaining pipelines in compliance with regulations.
•Experience participating in pipeline audits performed by regulatory inspectors.
