Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise pipeline personnel operating and maintaining the Wink Station and associated crude oil pipelines, pump stations, and truck deliveries.
  • •Maintain facilities and operations in accordance with DOT Part 195, including keeping equipment inspections up to date and properly documented.
  • •Lead the planning and execution of emergency response drills.
  • •Participate in regulatory agency audits and ensure one-call reports are properly handled using the Kinder Morgan One Call system.
  • •Develop budget requests for maintenance and improvement projects, and respond to asset failures by facilitating repairs, investigating causes, and identifying needed improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Two-year technical or management degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience) is required.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience operating and/or maintaining PHMSA-regulated pipelines.
  • •5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Knowledgeable in DOT Part 195 and experienced maintaining pipelines in compliance with regulations.
  • •Experience participating in pipeline audits performed by regulatory inspectors.
