Own P&L, growth targets, and market strategy while building relationships with partners, merchants, financial institutions, and regulators. Key Responsibilities

•Own Fasset's P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Nigeria.
•Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
•Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Nigeria.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, and provide market intelligence and localization recommendations to HQ.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of the Nigeria financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages of Nigeria strongly preferred.
