Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow operating discipline policies, procedures, and standards to ensure safe, reliable, efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • •Operate and field-check process equipment; monitor process conditions, performance metrics, equipment, and control systems to maintain desired rates and conditions.
  • •Perform scheduled operational tasks and tasks arising from resolving unplanned events.
  • •Conduct shift relief and communicate/handoff effectively to the arriving shift team.
  • •Track and use key performance metrics to identify improvements; initiate/document preliminary investigations and participate in root-cause investigations; perform autonomous maintenance and cross-train on EOEG jobs.

Key Requirements
