Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat and opportunity trigger points, supporting risk cost profiling and drawdown/retirement of risk budgets.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure, assess remaining risk budget, and produce timely risk reports to communicate status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment for cost and schedule to inform project contingency levels and deliver QCRA/QSRA processes.
  • •Lead and integrate risk management practices within program and project controls teams, aligning with client requirements and frameworks.
  • •Support construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, dispute advice, delay recovery measures, and final account settlements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction risk, procurement, and contract management.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience, including work in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification and risk management techniques, including risk identification, facilitation, and quantitative risk assessment.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with in-depth understanding of construction contracts and commercial models.
