•Develop and execute strategic merchandising plans to maximize product sales and achieve profitability goals aligned to business and corporate strategies.
•Create merchandising category/sub-category assortment strategies and ensure merchandising teams follow assigned plans to meet sales objectives.
•Review merchandising performance, gather and evaluate sales/business data, and provide recommendations to improve merchandising KPIs.
•Research and source new products and partners, manage partner relationships, and develop pricing strategies based on market and competitor variances.
•Oversee operational priorities for the category, including optimizing content and attributes/SKUs and updating MSRP, WISP, and MAP; coordinate with cross-functional and marketing channel teams to optimize spend/ROI.

Key Requirements

•10-12 years of merchandising, supplier/partner management, and/or retail planning experience, including procurement, demand forecasting/planning, and vendor relations preferably in eCommerce.
•Proven experience leading, developing, and managing teams, with the ability to collaborate across functions and establish credibility.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical/quantitative skills.
•Detail-oriented experience developing and implementing online category strategies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing timelines.
•Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
