Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead technical collaborations with supercomputing centers (SCCs) on hybrid quantum-classical application development across industry verticals.
  • •Spearhead research pathfinding in AI for quantum algorithms.
  • •Guide project execution for technical results in collaboration with strategic partners (SCCs, QPU builders, and researchers), aligning to objectives and customer success.
  • •Contribute to the revenue stream through strategic technical engagement and development of solutions supporting customer adoption and partnerships.
  • •Publish impactful research and represent NVIDIA at relevant scientific, technical, and industry conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years working on quantum algorithms and applications.
  • •Deep insider knowledge of and strong connections within the Japanese quantum ecosystem.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in technical collaborations with industry partners.
  • •Excellent programming skills in Python and C++, including parallel programming experience (e.g., CUDA).
  • •Proven research excellence with publications and presentations at leading conferences.
