Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives across Australia to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Act as primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey—from discovery and initial evaluation through deployment—coordinating across internal teams.
  • •Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work, including guiding integration into their existing technology stack.
  • •Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and identify common integration patterns, contributing insights back to Product and Engineering.
  • •Create and deliver technical content for varied audiences, and travel occasionally for workshops and technical deep dives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • •Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and business audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • •Comfortable with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools (or background in machine learning or data science).
