Job Summary

Generate your own sales leads and deliver in-home presentations for solar products and services. You’ll guide prospects from first contact through installation and after the system is turned on, building long-lasting relationships. Manage the full prospect-to-install pipeline by following up on leads and in-home consultations, reporting outcomes in the CRM, and meeting sales targets set by sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers.
•Provide a customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the system is turned on.
•Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customer knowledge and needs to build long-lasting relationships.
•Follow up on all leads and in-home consultations to manage the pipeline from prospect to install.
•Report and disposition outcomes via the CRM tool and meet sales targets set by sales leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred.
•Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

•Comfort working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•Intermediate comfort with technology using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications; CRM experience is a plus.
