Key Responsibilities

  • •Focus on wafer matching, including lot pairing and execution, within the bonding UI; configure the bonding UI and continuously track development lots.
  • •Interpret wafer matching outputs and execute wafer shuffling; monitor subsequent wafer build and pairing and handle exception monitoring and routine reporting.
  • •Assist PI engineers with daily line issues, including disposition of line deviations and engineering job submissions for analysis.
  • •Coordinate and support inline inspection and non-routine metro/RDA inspection on R&D experiments.
  • •Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs (swap lots and fab-to-fab offloads), monitor parametric indices, and trigger first-level investigations promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent background.
  • •Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • •Solid understanding of SPC, SWR, QDR, Micron Central and Klarity.
  • •Experience with FE MES and LMS is preferred.
  • •Basic knowledge of fabrication process areas such as Photo, Dry Etch, Diffusion, CVD, Wet Etch, Plating, Implant, PVD, and CMP; ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively.
