Support end-to-end lifecycle management of womenswear creators on an eCommerce platform, helping drive creator growth, retention, and optimization. Plan category and major seller/brand campaigns (including Super Brand Day), collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, and monitor real-time performance plus post-campaign evaluation. Assist with livestream content operations and product assortment strategy, along with ad-hoc campaign duties.
