•Source and qualify electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components for new product development.
•Conduct cost analysis and optimization to drive component cost reductions and improve product margins.
•Maintain and update the component database, lifecycle status, and obsolescence planning.
•Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to ensure component selection aligns with performance, cost, and availability requirements.
•Manage engineering change requests (ECRs) and component modifications, ensuring seamless integration into production while mitigating risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
