Key Requirements

  • •Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA for Physician Assistants
  • •Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
  • •Experience providing care in post-acute or skilled nursing facility settings is preferred
