Job Summary

Shape go-to-market influencer programs by partnering with sales, client services, and delivery to win new clients and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Build influencer strategies for proposals and RFPs using creator archetypes, messaging frameworks, and platform recommendations. Lead industry research, improve strategic narrative in reporting, support client lifecycle upsells, and strengthen AP’s external presence through thought leadership and conference appearances.

Key Responsibilities

•Own strategy-led sales enablement: build credible influencer strategies for proposals and RFPs using audience insights, competitive analysis, creative positioning, influencer archetypes, messaging frameworks, and platform recommendations.
•Define program strategy and industry intelligence by grounding influencer programs in research and competitive intelligence; track trends, emerging platforms, and talent ecosystems.
•Add narrative and strategic context to reporting by connecting sold strategy, delivered execution, performance results, and forward-looking recommendations to create upsell opportunities.
•Provide ongoing client support throughout the lifecycle with strategic recommendations, pitching expansion opportunities, and presenting program optimizations or expansions alongside delivery.
•Contribute to AP’s external marketing through internal and external thought leadership, including speaking or attending conferences on influencer strategy topics.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in influencer marketing with meaningful exposure to strategy, program buildout, or new business.
•Demonstrated ability to build and present influencer strategies in a business development or client-facing context.
•Deep knowledge of the influencer and creator ecosystem across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, and emerging channels.
•Working knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus; willingness to learn affiliate marketing is required.
•Bachelor’s degree required and strong written and verbal communication skills to produce client-ready materials independently.
