Key Responsibilities

•Oversees building design process to ensure compliance with client standards and guidelines for the District, working with design professionals and administrators to meet educational and building standards
•Establishes and follows an effective design review process to ensure design meets goals and objectives
•Manages multiple projects, including engineering repair and critical repair, through interaction with Architects, consultants, and client personnel to ensure timely completion
•Provides Architects with clear and consistent direction regarding goals, standards, site, schedule, and budget
•Establishes and follows a process to identify and select architectural firms based on qualifications and ability to meet performance standards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Five years of this experience in design, planning and construction of educational facilities or public agencies
•Ability to work independently with good technical knowledge
•Project management and commercial experience
•Undertake detailed technical reviews from concept through detailed design
