Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
•Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
•Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights and recruiting process improvements with TA partners.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process and efficiency, including market research and talent mapping initiatives.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years (or equivalent) of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or in-house recruiting).
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders, candidates, and employees.
•Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruitment strategies to hiring needs.
•Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates.
