Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct chemical lab analysis, including sampling and analysis of UPW, chemicals, wafers, and slurry.
  • •Operate lab analysis tools (IC, GC, ICP-MS, LC-MS, VPD, AT...) and perform data processing.
  • •Support equipment troubleshooting and abnormal analysis for instruments and tools.
  • •Coordinate analysis work schedules and collaborate on assignment planning.
  • •Write analysis reports and design/summarize experiments while following safety and risk requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate lab analysis instruments (IC, GC, ICP-MS, LC-MS, VPD, AT...).
  • •Process and analyze lab data from chemical/UPW/wafer/slurry sampling.
  • •Ability to support tool troubleshooting and abnormal analysis.
  • •Experience writing reports and designing/summarizing experiments.
