Senior Corporate Counsel - Product

Advise on fintech and payments product development across the full lifecycle, providing end-to-end legal guidance from concept through launch readiness and ongoing operations. Lead negotiation and drafting of complex technology, commercial, and reseller agreements, assess and mitigate legal and business risks, and partner with product, compliance, risk, operations, and outside counsel to ensure regulatory and enterprise risk framework compliance across Europe.
