Job Summary

Join the Asset & Profit Protection team to protect people, operations, and business performance through accurate, insight-led reporting. Maintain and cleanse operational datasets, build and enhance Power BI dashboards and Power Apps reporting tools, and support digital fraud work including chargeback analysis. Partner across functions to deliver reporting for stock loss, compliance, and risk-management initiatives, while improving processes through automation and new data solutions.

Job Function: Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and enhance Asset & Profit Protection operational data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across multiple sources.
•Cleanse, validate, and manage incident, investigation, compliance, and operational datasets to support reliable reporting.
•Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and Power Apps/reporting tools used across global stakeholder groups.
•Support digital fraud activities, including chargeback analysis and related data investigations when required.
•Deliver analysis and reporting for stock loss, compliance, and risk-management initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with large datasets and delivering accurate, insight-led reporting.
•Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Apps.
•A detail-oriented approach focused on maintaining high standards of data quality.
•Confidence working independently while building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
•Experience in retail fraud prevention or Microsoft Access, SAP, or SQL is beneficial.
