Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach Sales Associate at Chengdu IFS. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling (preferred).
