Job Summary

Lead enterprise AI learning and enablement programs across a large U.S.-distributed workforce. Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI literacy initiatives; partner with Technology, Communications, People, Operations, and business leaders to drive adoption and measurable business impact; manage end-to-end roadmaps from design to execution and ensure responsible AI usage.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and Deliver Scalable AI Learning Programs: Design, develop and deliver large-scale AI literacy and upskilling initiatives with blended learning experiences (workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, on-demand resources) to rapidly increase AI fluency and adoption across the enterprise.
•Project Management & Execution: Oversee end-to-end project management for AI learning and development projects, including goals, roadmaps, planning, stakeholder coordination, timeline management, and post-program evaluation.
•Content Development & Curation: Collaborate with SMEs to develop and curate AI-driven learning content (workshops, job aids, prompt libraries, just-in-time learning) translating complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
•Facilitation & Hands-On Training: Lead live demos and hands-on training on generative AI tools to empower employees and champion transformation; conduct workshops and immersive training.
•Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure AI learning initiatives align with enterprise guidelines, governance policies, and overall AI strategy with IT, governance, and internal teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,375 - 172,200 annually
