Job Summary

Serve as the functional SME for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules covering Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory (INV), Work in Progress, and Bill of Materials. Bridge business requirements with technical teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across Procurement, Supplier Management, and Warehousing/WMS. Lead UAT, support upgrades and patches, provide tier 2/3 functional troubleshooting, and help train end-users for correct system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12 modules including Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Inventory (INV), Work in Progress, and Bill of Materials.
•Optimize warehouse and inventory controls in EBS by supporting inventory movements, sub-inventory setups, cycle counting, material management, and material transactions.
•Gather and document business requirements with Procurement and Warehouse managers, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.
•Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scripts and supporting system upgrades, patches, or new module implementations.
•Provide tier 2/3 functional troubleshooting and end-user support for issues across procurement, warehouse management, Material Resource Planning, Work in Progress, and Bill of Materials.

Key Requirements

•Proven functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 and understanding of integration points between Purchasing, supplier modules, and Inventory.
•Domain knowledge of Procurement, including requisitions, purchase orders, blanket purchase agreements, and approval hierarchies.
•Domain knowledge of Supplier Management, including supplier registration through site creation and supplier creation to purchase order issuing.
•Domain knowledge of Warehousing/SCM, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, material planning, cycle counting, and warehouse movements.
•Australian citizenship with the ability and willingness to apply for an AGSVA clearance.
