Cleaning Supervisor

Lead and support a team of Cleaning Operatives in the Justice and Immigration team, delivering safe, compliant, high-quality cleaning services across the North West region. Oversee day-to-day performance, monitor audits and quality standards, manage cyclical and turnaround cleaning schedules, and drive continuous improvement. Investigate complaints, track corrective actions, and ensure health, safety, security, and environmental compliance, including COSHH, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
