Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead small to medium proposals and support or lead larger proposals through interview stage, supporting capture managers with win strategies.
  • •Coordinate proposal content and logistics, including schedules, templates, compliance requirements, content plans, and production.
  • •Develop annotated outlines and recommend section structure, messaging, and positioning; serve as lead writer/editor for key sections when needed.
  • •Support proposal strategy through market research and competitive intelligence, and contribute to proposal strategy, including go/no-go and greenlight analyses.
  • •Facilitate proposal reviews (Pink/Red Team), manage revisions, complete internal debriefs, and support win/loss debriefs and client feedback efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years supporting or leading proposal development within a marketing or business development team.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
  • •Experience responding to RFQs/RFPs and producing compliant, high-quality submittals.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.
  • •Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
