Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries about Leave of Absence programs, including medical, family, military, personal, and statutory leaves.
  • •Manage leave cases end-to-end from intake through closure, ensuring timely documentation, communication, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • •Provide guidance on leave eligibility, required documentation, job protections, pay implications, benefits impacts, and return-to-work processes.
  • •Partner with third-party leave administrators, payroll, benefits, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless leave administration.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and deliver reporting/audits within HR systems while following SLAs and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field (or equivalent education and work experience).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Leave of Absence, Benefits Administration, or Employee Relations.
  • •Experience administering leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, state leave programs, disability, and return-to-work processes.
  • •Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, systems, and employee lifecycle events.
  • •Experience working with HRIS and leave case management systems; Workday and ServiceNow preferred.
