Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
  • •Ensure correct optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
  • •Capture high-quality wholesale vehicle images for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
  • •Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, onboarding support, and maintain compliance with EH&S requirements.
