Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data readiness assessments, including cataloging assets, ownership, quality, accessibility, and AI suitability.
  • •Build and transform data through hands-on integration and ETL/ELT work for PoV and production.
  • •Design and configure data governance and compliance controls (access control, sensitive data handling, retention, auditability).
  • •Define integration patterns and pipelines that deliver AI-ready data with security, risk, and privacy controls.
  • •Ensure PoV pipelines are production-aware with monitoring, reliability, performance, and maintainability, and document governance artifacts and runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8+ years in data engineering, analytics platforms, or AI data roles within large/complex organizations.
  • •Experience running data readiness assessments for analytics or AI use cases.
  • •Hands-on ability to build data integrations and ETL/ELT processes to transform raw data into AI-ready formats.
  • •Experience configuring data governance and compliance controls for secure, compliant data use (including sensitive data).
  • •Ability to scale data pipelines from pilot to production while maintaining performance, reliability, and compliance.
