Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks.
  • •Provide friendly customer service by greeting patrons, taking drink orders, and engaging professionally.
  • •Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking inventory.
  • •Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, giving change, and reconciling at end of shift.
  • •Adhere to alcohol service regulations, including checking identification and refusing service to intoxicated patrons.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years of relevant bartending experience.
  • •Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ingredients, flavors, and proper mixing techniques.
  • •Ability to provide excellent guest service: greet patrons, take orders, and make recommendations.
  • •Strong understanding of local alcohol service laws, including ID checks and responsible service to intoxicated patrons.
